Mr. Gruber primarily practices in the firm’s business and estate planning department with a concentration in employment, workers compensation and probate. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1983, and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1986, and that same year was admitted to the Ohio Bar. A Cincinnati native, Mr. Gruber is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he serves on the Workers' Compensation Committee. Mr. Gruber is author of the Northern Kentucky Law Review article, Hybud Equipment Corporation vs. Sphere - Drake Insurance Company: "The Meaning of the Pollution Exclusion Established in Ohio." In a civic capacity, he served on the Moeller High School Task Force 2000, a group planning for the school's continued competitiveness into the Twenty-First century.
